Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design and ensure technical consistency across services
• Design and develop reusable generative AI services and components
• Translate AI prototypes into production-ready systems
• Contribute to system design across multiple services and modules
• Define and promote engineering best practices (scalability, observability, CI/CD, testing)
• Work in Kubernetes environments to deploy scalable applications
• Collaborate with product, platform, and research teams
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-team initiatives
• Stay updated with generative AI developments and promote responsible adoption
Requirements
We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, experience working with AI technologies, and good knowledge of Java.
This role is part of an AI Engineering team focused on building scalable, reusable generative AI services and platform capabilities. It combines platform architecture, backend engineering, and the integration of AI solutions into production-grade systems.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience leading technical architecture for large-scale platforms or services.
· Solid understanding of software development methodologies and data modelling principles.
· Deep expertise in Python and Java. · Strong proficiency in backend development and familiarity with modern AI/LLM tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
· Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud-native architectures.
· Proven track record building scalable backend systems and APIs.
· Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decisions.
· Ability to work collaboratively across functions in an Agile or Kanban environment.
Nice to Have
· Experience operationalizing LLMs or building internal AI platforms.
· Familiarity with observability practices (metrics, logging, alerts).
· Exposure to knowledge graphs or semantic search systems.
