About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Have a full overview of hiring needs and available roles;
- Use standardized screening techniques to find candidates for open roles;
- Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of candidates;
- Conduct preliminary discussions with candidates assess their interest, personality and salary expectations;
- Maintain and update the candidate database to avoid duplicates when considering candidates;
- Prepare recruitment reports with concise information about candidates.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in sourcing for both tech and non-tech roles;
Minim 1 year in recruiting for EU or US based roles;
Strong sourcing skills, with expertise in Boolean search techniques to uncover hidden talent in various online platforms;
Proven ability to craft and execute advanced Boolean search strings to effectively source candidates;
Familiarity with a wide range of sourcing tools and platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks;
Proficient in using MS Office, Googled Drive, LinkedIn, X-Ray, etc;
Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities;
Capability to discuss our client’s profiles and answer both technical and non-technical questions from candidates;
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
