Key Responsibilities
Cloud Security Architecture
• Design and implement secure cloud architectures in Microsoft Azure.
• Define and deploy cloud security standards, policies, and controls.
• Implement identity and access management strategies (IAM).
• Apply Zero Trust principles and least-privilege access models.
• Define network security controls and data protection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal security requirements and industry best practices.
Governance & Security Strategy
• Contribute to the overall cloud security strategy.
• Provide security guidance for cloud-based projects.
• Review cloud configurations and recommend improvements to enhance security posture.
Requirements
We are looking for a Cloud Security Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and solid knowledge of AWS, who will be responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud environments aligned with modern security standards and Zero Trust principles.
The role focuses on defining and enforcing cloud security architecture across the organization, ensuring the protection of identities, data, and cloud infrastructure. Working style: Remote
Location: Romania Visits to the office in Bucharest: 1 / month Visits to our client's client in Paris: 1-2 / year Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure security services.
Experience with AWS security concepts (nice-to-have).
Solid understanding of:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Conditional Access policies
Network security in cloud environments
Data protection mechanisms
Zero Trust architecture
Ability to design secure, scalable cloud-native solutions.
