Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements from clients.
• Conduct interviews with clients to clarify and explore their needs.
• Develop functional specifications for the product team.
• Perform internal testing of functionalities and collaborate with QA and product teams to monitor the testing process.
• Collect and prioritize client feedback.
• Create user documentation and training manuals.
• Act as the voice of the customer in communications with the product team.
• Participate in meetings with senior and experienced business stakeholders.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and professional maturity, capable of interacting with stakeholders from large corporations. This role involves close collaboration with clients and the product team to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications. This is a non-technical role and does not require aspirations to become a software developer - rather, a strong desire to grow in business analysis, communication, and process management. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Analyst, or a similar role.
Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience interacting with corporate clients.
Experience in software implementation or involvement in IT projects from the client’s perspective is a plus.
Familiarity with project/issue management tools (preferably JIRA or similar).
High level of autonomy, responsibility, and maturity when dealing with stakeholders.
Excellent English skills (verbal & written).
Nice to Have:
Experience working in large or mid-sized corporate environments.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
